Creative Biolabs provides a comprehensive suite of single-cell analysis services, including single-cell sequencing, functional analysis, and analytical development. Our goal is to advance your immunotherapy at the single cell level for a wide range of cancer treatments. We have built a team of talented and motivated scientists and technicians to pursue our commitment.
Single Cell Omics Solutions for Neutrophils
Single-cell omics analysis has been considered as a powerful tool for investigating the cell process in disease development and regulation. However, recent studies suggest that the heterogeneity of different cell populations causing by abnormal cell behaviors and micro-environment is strongly related to various tumor cell-state transitions of immunotherapy. Single-cell technologies provide a unique opportunity of characterizing cell functional states and their transitions by quantifying a wide collection of biological parameters at the single-cell level. Currently, a number of tumor infiltrated immune cells, such as T cells, B cells, dendritic cells (DCs), macrophages, as well as neutrophils, have been detected by single-cell transcriptomic or proteomic assays. For example, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technologies have been developed to assess the neutrophil-dependent immune responses against sarcoma in human samples. The results have illustrated that neutrophil infiltration and type 1 immunity play critical roles in treating human tumors in the clinic.

Our Integrative Single Cell Omics Platform for Neutrophils
In the past few years, Single Cell has developed a comprehensive set of platforms for measuring different kinds of cell parameters in cancer immunotherapy. A wide variety of methods have been widely applied to determine the functional state, the lineage, as well as pseudo-temporal ordering in neutrophils, including fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), and canonical correlation analysis (CCA). In a recent study, the protein abundance of neutrophils has been detected by scRNA-seq approaches, and Cas9 in pooled genetic screens, allowing system-wide single-cell transcriptional profiling. In addition, cell lineage can also be evaluated based on a Cas9 lineage sequencing array. Our platforms can provide a comprehensive single-cell omics analysis and bring your novel target candidate to cancer therapy applications.
